How to Use

For aromatherapy, add 6 to 8 drops to a diffuser (e.g a nebuliser or humidifier).

For topical application, add 1-2 drops of essential oil to a teaspoon (5ml) of carrier oil (e.g jojoba, coconut oil) before applying to the skin.
